Today is Wednesday on Paranormal Unbound, which is pimp our books day, so I definitely scheduled my release to fall on a Wednesday!
I’m so excited this day has finally arrived when I get to finally birth this puppy into the world. I’m so excited, in fact, that I’m giving away an e-copy. It’s the only blog site I plan to do a giveaway on, so comment away 🙂
Must Love Breeches is a time travel romance I wrote back in 2010 and is the first in my planned Must Love series. In this one, the heroine gets zapped back to 1834 London and meets Ada Byron Lovelace, the world’s first computer programmer and Lord Byron’s daughter. There’s a revenge plot, and a fake betrothal, and… well, here’s the official blurbage:
She’s finally met the man of her dreams. There’s only one problem: he lives in a different century.
“A fresh, charming new voice” – New York Times bestselling author Tessa Dare
HOW FAR WOULD YOU TRAVEL FOR LOVE?
A mysterious artifact zaps Isabelle Rochon to pre-Victorian England, but before she understands the card case’s significance a thief steals it. Now she must find the artifact, navigate the pitfalls of a stiffly polite London, keep her time-traveling origins a secret, and resist her growing attraction to Lord Montagu, the Vicious Viscount so hot, he curls her toes.
To Lord Montagu nothing makes more sense than keeping his distance from the strange but lovely Colonial. However, when his scheme for revenge reaches a stalemate, he convinces Isabelle to masquerade as his fiancée. What he did not bargain on is being drawn to her intellectually as well as physically.
Lord Montagu’s now constant presence overthrows her equilibrium and her common sense. Isabelle thought all she wanted was to return home, but as passion flares between them, she must decide when her true home—as well as her heart—lies.

The gods at random.org have spoken and the winner is: BARBED1951! Congratulations! Please let me know which format you prefer!
That’s a hard question. So many fascinating eras. Regency England & get to attend a ball!
Can I join you, Linda?
I’d like to meet Marie Curie and Elizabeth Blackwell, pioneering women in their time. I also like the founding of the American West. I would be awful in the Regency period as I could never keep up with all the rules! Thanks for the contest! Your book sound like a lot of fun.
Hi Liz, they would be interesting women to meet! While mine doesn’t take place in the Old West, it does feature two remarkable women from history: Ada Lovelace and polymath Mary Somerville.

I would like to go back to the 1840s and meet Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
Wouldn’t that be amazing? They were such a dynamic and interesting couple!
This sounds fabulous! I hope I win it. I’d go back to Europe’s Romantic period where the literary movement started. I’d visit Edgar Allen Poe and pick his brain for the wild ride it went on.
Hi Dana, that sounds like a fabulous reason to go back to that time! He was an interesting character, for sure! I’m sorry to say, though, that random.org was not kind to you 😦
Scotland, anytime. Happy release day, Angela!
Thanks, Celia!
Can I go back in time as a man? lol Probably 1880s England and, dare I say?, meet Jack the Ripper, because then I would know who he was. Happy Release Day!
That would be a great thing to know, LOL! There’s actually a time travel with the Ripper. I think it was Angelia Knight?
I’d rather travel forward through time, but if I were to go back, i’d choose Victorian England or possibly 1920’s America. Both times would be very interesting to visit.
Congratulations, you won a copy! Just reply here with the format you prefer (pdf, Kindle, epub)
I’m with Celia Breslin. Scotland, anytime… :-))) Thanks for the giveaway!
Ah, yes. Scotland! I loooove Scotland. I’ll join you and Celia!
